- Maintain guest rooms and suites to exceptional luxury standards
- Support a seamless and comfortable guest experience
- Uphold cleanliness, presentation and brand expectations
- Work efficiently to meet daily operational requirements
- Represent The Caledonian Edinburgh's commitment to quality and care., Clean and prepare guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail
- Replenish linens, towels and amenities to luxury standards
- Ensure trolleys, equipment and supplies are fully stocked and organised
- Respond courteously to guest requests and housekeeping queries
- Adhere to all health, safety and security and sustainability procedures.
Proud in delivering immaculate standards and attention to detail - Reliable, organise and able to manage workload efficiently
- Calm, professional and respectful of guest privacy at all times
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Flexible to work across varying shifts, including weekends.
