Rope Access Technicians / Tradespeople

Thistle Access NDT Ltd is hiring, and we’re looking for motivated tradespeople to join our expanding business based in Fort William.

We are looking to hear from experienced tradespeople, with or without Rope Access qualifications, to become part of our multi-disciplined team. Our work spans across Scotland and beyond, delivering a wide range of projects for a diverse client base. 

What we’re looking for:

• A trades background (e.g. civils, construction, maintenance, inspection, or similar).
• Working at height / Rope Access is beneficial but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• A interest in learning and developing specialist skills
• Good communication skills
• The ability to follow instructions clearly and safely, as well as take the lead on certain aspects of work.
• A team-focused mindset, who’s able to contribute to a safe working culture
• Ability to always successfully pass random drugs & alcohol screening at Client sites
