Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Sales Admin / Desk Based Administrator to join our team. You will serve as a first point of contact for customers with queries regarding products, orders and deliveries and provide general support for sales representatives. If you believe you have the imagination, exceptional expertise, and motivation to make a valuable contribution then we'd love to hear from you.,

  • Responsible for procurement and supplier engagement

  • Assist with sales processes (identifying/quoting and post sales support)

  • Maintain and update/administer client agreement

  • Place orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of goods and services

  • Manage product portfolio and identify potential sales opportunities within existing client base

  • Develop monthly sales reports for management team

  • Develop sales processes in respect to forms, documentation and marketing material

  • Stay up to date with new products and services

  • General desk based account management

    Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • A team player with a high level of dedication

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Able to handle account issues in a patient and friendly manner

  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
