The Job:
We are looking for an expert Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Operations team and lead the payments and compensation process for our EMEA sales organization of c.1100 sales professionals. A high degree of personal accountability, motivation to improve existing processes and integrity is required for the role due to handling personal sensitive data. The successful candidate will be team orientated and contribute significantly to wider projects and improvement process within the Sales Operations function.

Join us and start your career with a global organization which prioritizes career development, allowing you to achieve your best - both personally and professionally., What will you do?Drive the quarterly compensation cycle process, including the calculation and processing of payments, validation and analysis of dataLead the improvement of compensation information, tools, analysis, direction, training and support to the Sales/Service organizationsParticipate in the development, implementation, communication, and support of sales commission plans across EMEACollaborate pro-actively with HR, Finance, and Sales teamsValidate accrual inputs and work with extended team to ensure accrual accuracyControl commission queries accurately & within appropriate timelines, and contribute to implement improvements to resolve issues long-termFacilitate internal team training - documentation of process, knowledge transfer, process mappingDrive the adoption & evolution of the Xactly Incent Commission toolAd hoc and project duties as the need arises

What we are looking for:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is crucial!Ability to prioritize optimally and deliver to tight payment timelinesHigh attention to detail and an engaged process improvement attitudePrior analytics/compensation analysis experienceAbility to extract & manipulate large datasets quickly & accurately to specific timelinesExperience of Cognos and/or similar data warehouse advantageousSolid understanding of common Sales Incentive concepts, practices and procedures is importantExperience of Xactly Incent Sales Compensation Tool is a plusExcellent interpersonal skills, mentor and development experience is an advantageFluent in English (verbal & written)
