Sales Executive

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated and results-driven Sales & Social Media Executive to join a busy and growing electrical company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in social media marketing and sales generation who knows how to turn online engagement into genuine business opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the company's customer base, increasing brand awareness and generating new business, primarily through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to generate new sales enquiries and business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, promotions, videos and advertising campaigns.
• Manage and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Convert social media enquiries into sales opportunities and confirmed business.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote the company's electrical services to both domestic and commercial customers.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement and lead generation.
• Identify new opportunities to increase sales and grow the business.
• Work closely with management to achieve agreed sales targets.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing and generating sales through social media – essential.
• Demonstrable success in generating leads and converting enquiries into customers.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and paid social media advertising.
• Previous experience in a sales, business development or digital marketing role.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Confident, proactive and commercially minded.
• Ability to work independently, manage campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Creative approach to marketing and identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within the electrical, construction, property maintenance or trades sectors.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager and Canva.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO and online lead generation.
• Experience developing marketing campaigns for local service-based businesses.
