Full Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

- Utilise your industry network to generate leads and close sales.

- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and their benefits.

- Work closely with the project management team to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in our CRM system.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay up-to-date with market trends and expand your network.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team with the ability to earn uncapped commission on top of base salary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in selling event space or AV services. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market covering the UK and Europe.,

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in technical event services or AV industry.

  • B2B sales - Ability to sell audio-visual solutions to corporate clients and communicate with the team.

  • Drive Business Development with achievable Sales strategies and appointment setting - Natural Closer.

  • Strong existing network within the events and AV sector.

  • Previous sales experience within a venue is highly desirable.

  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.

  • Computer literate (Apple Macs, iPhones, iPads)

  • First-class presentation-building skills.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Educational Background
  • Real-world experience and a track record are preferred

  • A degree in Event Management and/or Business Management is optional.
