Full Job Description

This is an outbound sales role focused on selling premium sports and music hospitality packages to both B2B and B2C clients. You will be responsible for building relationships, managing opportunities from first contact through to close, and developing your own portfolio of clients. You'll receive structured training, daily coaching, and clear performance expectations within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by targets, enjoys speaking to new people, and wants to build a long-term career in sales within a rapidly growing business.,

  • Proactively contact prospective and existing clients via outbound calls
  • Deliver clear, confident sales pitches for premium hospitality packages
  • Build, manage, and convert your own sales pipeline
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable events and experiences
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to progress and close opportunities
  • Accurately record activity and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Represent Headline Events professionally with clients and partners
  • Training & Development All sales team members are supported through the Headline Sales Academy, which provides:
