Full Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Sales Ledger/Credit Controller who is happy to throw themselves into a busy team and embrace the challenges of this thriving business.

Your role will be varied encompassing all aspects from:

  • Receiving monies by BACS, cheque and Direct Debit

  • Allocating the cash to correct clients accounts

  • Reconciling control accounts monthly

  • Raising invoices in Xero

  • Sending out statements and copy invoices

  • Liaising with clients regarding outstanding monies

  • Experience in reconciling invoice factoring

    Have previous use of accounting package preferable XERO

  • Have knowledge of integrated software preferable JOBLOGIC or similar job management software

  • Be professional in your delivery and in presentation

  • Be prepared to discuss outstanding debt in person

  • Be able to demonstrate strong current Sales Ledger/Credit Control experience

  • Have worked in a high-volume business
