Sales Representative

Sales: Promote and sell Thermal Guardian's range of home insulation products, including ProPERLA Coating, loft insulation, and Solar Panels and solar additions.

Customer Visits: Travel nationwide to meet with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor products to effectively communicate their benefits.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by building a strong customer base and maintaining lasting client relationships.

Commission: Earn competitive commissions ranging from 10-25% on each sale, with a typical sale value of £5000.

Weekly Sales: A "trained" Sales Representative is expected to make a minimum of 3-5 sales per week.

Not essential but preferred, proven sales experience in the home improvement or related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to travel nationwide for customer visits. (one post code area at a time, we will work with you to pick areas that suit you)

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
