This is a unique opportunity to be part of something truly special, helping us deliver festive joy to children across the country., As a team member, you'll be responsible for:

• Opening and sorting incoming mail using letter-opening machines
• Reviewing and accessing mail content
• Accurately inputting data into our system using Excel
This is a hands-on role that requires precision, focus, working at pace and a strong sense of responsibility


• Detail-oriented - with a sharp eye for accuracy and speed in data entry
• Computer proficient - confident using Excel and basic keyboard functions
• Team players - collaborative, dependable, and committed to delivering a great experience
• Physically capable - able to lift up to 10kg and push up to 250kg
• Trustworthy and professional - with a clear criminal record
