Scaffolder

Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and properly braced
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor
- Paint or apply protective coatings to scaffolding as needed
- Perform masonry work to create stable foundations for scaffolding
- Plumb and level scaffolding to ensure stability
- Fabricate custom scaffolding components as required
- Weld or secure scaffolding components using appropriate techniques
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate scaffold placement and usage
- Use carpentry skills to construct wooden platforms or supports as needed
- Follow electrical safety guidelines when working near power lines or electrical equipment

We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team. As a Scaffold Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures at various job sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols., Proven experience as a Scaffold Builder or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in scaffold construction
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of different types of scaffolding systems and their applications
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Note: This position requires working at heights and may involve exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, etc. Proper safety equipment will be provided.
