Scaffolder - Largs

Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and meets safety standards
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor
- Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure efficient workflow
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and fabricate scaffold components
- Assist with the movement of materials and equipment on the scaffold
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team. As a Scaffold Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling scaffolding structures for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights., Proven experience as a Scaffold Builder or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of scaffold assembly techniques and safety procedures
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and fabricating scaffold components
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with electrical, roofing, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, and welding techniques is a plus

Skills:
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot scaffold assembly issues

£19 an hour - Temporary contract, We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
