School Assistant

Ensure the smooth running of the school office, following systems and processes. Support the school office team in the duties noted below. Support nursery team with administrative duties which include:

• TechOne - finance system (training available)
• Seemis - registration system (training available)
• Part of the week in school and the rest of the week carrying out duties within the school office
• Filing/photocopying/mail/
• Emails/Letters
• Money handling
• Taking minutes of meetings.
  
  Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm.
Please note as this post is term time, your salary will be pro rata to weeks worked. If you start out with the normal school session, an adjustment will be made to reduce your first pay. This is because you are not entitled to be paid for all holidays. Once this adjustment has been completed, you will receive a 12 th of your annual salary thereafter., Clackmannanshire Council operates a flexible hybrid approach for those roles that allow this type of working. Attendance at the office will be required to meet the needs of the business and for example to build team and stakeholder relationships. The exact pattern of working will be agreed with you as part of the recruitment process. Clackmannanshire Council is a living wage accredited employer. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and / or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council.
