Full Job Description

Audio Typing of referrals to hospital and other correspondence

-Raising and Tracking Invoices and payments

- Ordering Stationery

- Managing requests for non-NHS private work
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning and filing documents

Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
