Security Scheduling Manager

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing schedules, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and staff. Scheduling up to 300 staff a week on our state of the art booking system. No two days are the same at Anubis Group. You will work in a supportive working environment with area managers across the UK., Develop and maintain schedules for employees.
- Utilize scheduling software Guardhouse
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper staffing levels
- Implement strategies for effective schedule optimization
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet business demands
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing scheduling inquiries promptly

Proven experience in scheduling management or related field
- Understanding of the security industry
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior recruitment experience
