Senior Care Assistant - Days

To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care in conjunction with Clients.

To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.

To get involved in the general activities of the Home.

To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Staff Members and Visitors.

Genuine interest in and experience of working with, the older person

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in English

Satisfactory PVG Record Check

Working towards an SVQ3 qualification

Desired:

Team player

Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes

Previous supervisory experience

SVQ Level 3 in Care

Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK and be within commutable distance to Lillyburn Care Home. Unfortunately we cannot consider candidates that do not meet these criteria at this time.,

• Supervising: 1 year (preferred)


• Medication administration: 1 year (preferred)


• Care: 1 year (preferred)
  
  Pacific Care Limited is an established care provider bringing together services and care home facilities for older persons. Due to a recent expansion of a dementia unit within Birdston Care Home, we are now looking for Senior Care Assistants who will have supervisory duties, help lead a team and work alongside the Team Leader.

Pay: £12.24-£14.00 per hour
