Senior Care Assistant (Fixed Days & Night Shift) UK Applicants

Medication Administration, destruction, ordering, checking-in medications

-Lead and supervise junior care staff

- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and assisting residents with meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Take a lead on new admissions to the home

- Manage and report on accidents and incidents

- Manage resident discharges with social workers and members of the medical team

-Care planning and risk assessment
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Care home: 1 year (preferred)


• Home care: 1 year (preferred)


Language:

• English (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
