Senior Coach

Improve Glasgow are looking for a highly-motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced personal trainer to join our team in a Senior Coach role.

We are a premium, private training gym specialising in small group personal training (1:6), as well as offering an array of large-group sessions.

You'll work closely with our management to guarantee your growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching 30+ hours of personal training and large-group training;


• Assisting our Gym Manager in managing and executing member and staff administration;


• Assisting our Gym Manager in line managing the coaching team to establish and maintain consistently high gym standards;


• To manage all membership systems administration in the absence of the Gym Manager;


• Ensure our standards of cleanliness and customer care are upheld at all times;


• Adopt a continuous learning approach to training, programming, and nutrition, keeping up to date with the latest evidence and practices.
  
  Level 3 Personal Training


Desirable qualificatrion:

• BSc/MSc in a related field.


Required experience:

• Delivering personal training over a minimum period of 3 years (including internship/ voluntary experience)


• Experience delivering strength and conditioning sessions or classes to large groups (10-25 people)


• Customer service experience., Bachelor's (preferred)
