Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Human Factors, you will lead HF expertise across a multi-disciplinary portfolio for rail, aviation and energy sectors. You'll deliver high-quality HF deliverables, mentor colleagues, and help grow Arup's HF offering while building strong client relationships. You'll collaborate with other disciplines to embed HF in design decisions and drive meaningful, safety-critical outcomes for clients and communities. - Lead and deliver Human Factors work streams across projects Manage packages of work including commercial planning, reporting and day-to-day consultancy Mentor colleagues and develop HF capability Collaborate with other disciplines to integrate HF in multi-disciplinary design decisions Build and maintain client relationships and support business development Tasks Degree or equivalent in psychology, human factors or systems engineering (preferred) Chartered/registered or working towards with BPS or IEF/HF Experience as a senior consultant in a consulting environment focused on human factors Experience in high hazard sectors (rail, aviation, energy) Knowledge of HF methods: task/workload assessment, cognitive ergonomics, physical ergonomics, environmental design, organisational behaviour Key requirements Profit Share Private medical insurance Life assurance Accident insurance Income protection Flexible benefits
