Senior Human Factors Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you apply senior Human Factors expertise to complex, safety-critical projects across rail, aviation and energy, guiding delivery within a multi-disciplinary team. You will lead HF deliverables, manage work packages, and support commercial planning while mentoring colleagues and growing Arup's HF capability. You'll build strong client relationships, influence multidisciplinary design decisions, and contribute to strategic growth.
