Full Job Description

As the Senior IFM & Food Pricing Manager at Sodexo UK, you will lead the pricing strategy for our integrated facilities management (IFM) and food services bids, focusing on complex and must-win opportunities. Your expertise will ensure we provide innovative and competitive solutions to our clients, driving commercial success. This is a flexible home-based role (in the UK) with occasional travel and i a perfect opportunity for a pricing expert ready to make an impact alongside our established team. What you'll do:

  • Lead pricing on complex and must-win bids for IFM and food services, ensuring cost-effective and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with business development managers to develop bid strategies that drive growth.
  • Manage the pricing team and oversee the preparation of financial models and pricing papers.
  • Present pricing strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all pricing processes and governance.
  • Take a strategic view of bid-related risks, including TUPE and supply chain factors.
  • Negotiate with clients, providing commercial commentary on bids and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

    Proven experience in pricing for integrated facilities management (IFM) and food services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and present complex financial models.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and risk management principles.
