Full Job Description

Ensure adequate control of all interfaces that exist for a given project's scope of work. This also includes interface management between client and our internal engineering streams in the overall project development. Control and maintain consistency in the sharing of information through a project life cycle between multiple parties. Provide project interface oversight and support to project teams across all phases of the project life cycle.,

  • Setup and manage the Interface Management System for any given project. LetsAgree shall be the primary software used for internal Interface Management. LetsAgree Cloud shall be used to establish communications lines to non TechnipFMC entities

  • Develop an Interface Management Procedure for any given project tailoring the procedure to any specific client requirements

  • Develop a Battery Limits document with support from the project management team to outline who will be performing the work on any given project

  • Hold a kick off meeting with package leads to explain the system and promote its use across the project

  • Shall manage weekly meetings with the package leads to discuss open interfaces

  • Monitor all interfaces and ensure that interfaces are closed in a timely manner

  • Shall deal with the transmittal of Technical Queries or Deviation Requests to client through the external interface system

  • Escalate any technical issues identified within the project to project and engineering management teams

  • Occasional exposure to manufacturing and offshore environment as required. Regular travel required

    Engineering Degree

  • Demonstrable technical experience, demonstrable experience in subsea environment

  • Good understanding of subsea systems

  • Self-driven with ability to seek information and work independently

  • Demonstrate the ability to rapidly assimilate a working knowledge of any given topic

  • Ability to work across multiple projects and manage time effectively

  • Be able to establish deadlines and manage priorities for self and others

  • Be commercially aware to the impact of any given interface
