Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager (First Contact and Assessment) to join our Adult Services - Communities and Wellbeing team within the Health and Social Care Partnership. This is a key strategic leadership role, responsible for overseeing front door services, including initial contact, assessment, homecare alongside strategic leadership to the wider reablement and unscheduled care agenda ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for adults and older people across East Renfrewshire. As part of the senior management team, you will provide strong operational and professional leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, working in partnership with NHS colleagues, community planning partners and external providers. You will lead service planning and performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure services are safe, effective and responsive to local need, while contributing to the delivery of the HSCP Strategic Plan and wider community outcomes.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader with a strong track record in service delivery, transformation and partnership working within health and social care. You will bring excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity, drive innovation and support teams to deliver positive outcomes for our communities.
