Experteer Overview In this Senior Manager role, you will lead high-quality audit engagements within Deloitte's Corporate Treasury Services, focusing on complex treasury accounting and external reporting. You'll work with leading corporate treasuries, shaping assurance approaches and driving improvements to governance and controls. You'll manage client relationships, mentor teams, and contribute to the treasury practice's strategy.   • Own end-to-end delivery of audit engagements from planning to reporting; provide specialist support on derivative valuations, hedge accounting, IFRS 9/FRS 102 areas; oversee external audit of Treasury function Support non-audit engagements for non-audit clients, including treasury accounting, governance, operations and controls Address technical accounting and auditing queries that could set precedents Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, delivering exceptional service Drive continuous improvement and innovation in treasury audit methodology Contribute to corporate treasury team strategy and identify growth opportunities for Deloitte Lead engagements and mentor teams, role-model Deloitte values and behaviors Coordinate across service lines and geographies to offer market-aligned solutions Anticipate client needs and provide strategic, relevant insights Foster an inclusive team culture and develop talent Engage in business development activities including tenders and proposals Collaborate with diverse teams to grow the practice and shape strategy Tasks ACA or equivalent ISA and/or PCAOB audit experience UK GAAP and IFRS knowledge IFRS 9 and FRS 102 familiarity (Sections 11/12) Experience in valuation of financial instruments and hedge accounting Understanding of treasury function and internal controls in financial reporting Commitment to audit quality and professional skepticism Proven ability to manage client relationships Strong leadership and people development skills Ability to implement solutions for regulatory changes and manage change Excellent report writing, presentation and communication skills Strong time management, organization and project management skills Experience in business development and tenders Previous similar level experience preferred Key requirements hybrid working flexible hours return-to-work support career development wellbeing focus inclusive culture
