The Role:

Looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Glasgow team. You will play a key role in cost management, commercial control, and contract administration, supporting project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain bills of quantities, cost plans, and tender submissions.
• Manage contract administration, including valuations, variations, and payment applications.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular forecasts and reports.
• Provide commercial advice and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve commercial issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects (commercial, industrial, or civil).
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and cost management.
• Proficiency in costing software and Microsoft Office; experience with CANDY, CostX, or similar is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver under pressure, and provide accurate commercial insight.
