This role is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and strategic direction to project and construction teams. Take full operational and budgetary ownership of major contracts, ensuring operational delivery, financial performance and cost control. Champion a culture of safety, inclusivity

opportunity, and diversity across all teams. Deliver technically advanced, innovative, and sustainable engineering solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting collaboration and exceptional customer experience. Advocate for SME engagement, circular economy principles, and community support initiatives. Demonstrate commercial acumen in managing contracts, including those under frameworks such as NEC4. Leverage the full capabilities of OCS to enhance productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency. Uphold compliance with all OCS policies, procedures, and business processes. About You Must have the right to work in the UK. Proven experience in the delivery of Energy, MEP and Renewables projects. Degree-qualified or equivalent experience. Experienced in the delivery of mechanical and/or electrical projects, capital project delivery and energy management. Strong commercial and financial insight, with a track record of delivering results. Demonstrated
