This company is a tier 1 main contractor specialising in high-valuation new build commercial projects all over the UK.
Your new role

• Develop Method Statements and Risk Assessments together with the Safety Plan and to observe the requirement of the CDM Regulations in the status of Principal Contractor
• Provide leadership and support to all employees
• Manage labour and maintain high productivity
• Expedite materials and information release from the design team
• Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Procedure and Manual
• Manage all subcontractors and supply chain effectively
• Supervise the quality of the works and hand over a snag-free building

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role in high-valuation commercial new builds.
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
