Senior Property Manager

A superb new opening for a Senior Property Manager to join one of the leading Property Factoring companies in their Edinburgh office!

Due to continued growth our client are keen to recruit a Senior Property Manager who can lead a small team overseeing factoring services to a busy portfolio of residential developments in the Edinburgh area.

Key duties:

• Overseeing the Factoring of a portfolio of property developments – delivering excellent customer service and building strong relations with property owners.
• Coordination of reactive and planned maintenance, including projects – communicating with contractors.
• Carrying out property inspections and meetings with owners and residents associations
• Providing support to staff with day to day property management, guidance on technical issues and escalated complaints
• Line management and involvement in recruitment

You should have experience in property management, a Factoring background is an advantage but not essential. It’s important that you have strong communication skills, a service driven approach and can organise and manage a busy workload. Permanent full time post based on the West Side of Edinburgh.
