Senior Property Manager - Factoring

As a Senior PM you will oversee Factoring services to good quality residential property developments across Edinburgh and the East building strong client relationships and providing support to Property Managers in the team.

Key duties will include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for property owner clients – providing a high quality factoring service and building good relationships across your portfolio
• Arranging and overseeing all reactive and planned repairs work to common areas of property developments - instructing contractors + managing projects
• Carrying out regular inspections at developments
• Meeting with clients and owners associations to build strong connections, tailor the service and resolve any problems.
• Management of all service contracts including gardening and cleaning
• All connected office administration and use of CRM systems

Candidates should 2-3 years property management experience ideally in Factoring, have excellent communication skills and enjoy developing relationships with clients – it’s important you have a professional outlook and can take ownership of your portfolio across all areas.

This is a full time permanent position with hours of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, car parking on site and based in the centre of Edinburgh. Some flexibility/hybrid working is available along with good benefits package and lots of on-going training, support and development.
