Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across multiple residential developments
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation, and contract administration
• Drive value engineering and cost control throughout project lifecycle
• Work closely with internal teams including construction, technical, and land
• Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential construction
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale developments
• Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
• Ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
• Ambition to progress within a leading developer environment
