Senior Recruitment Consultant

Edinburgh | Hybrid Working | Up to £40,000 DOE + Commission

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Edinburgh.

This is an opportunity for an established recruiter to take ownership of a market, develop existing relationships and build their desk with the support of an experienced team around them.

Ideally, you’ll already have experience recruiting within the construction or built environment sector, particularly across areas such as:

• Civil Engineering
• Main / Principal Contracting
• Construction Consultancy
• Other related technical construction disciplines

We’re looking for someone who enjoys the full 360 recruitment process, developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, building strong candidate networks and becoming a trusted recruitment partner within their market.

What we’re looking for

You’ll already have recruitment consultancy experience and a proven ability to manage and develop your own desk.

You should be confident speaking with clients and candidates at all levels, comfortable developing new business and focused on building long-term relationships rather than simply chasing short-term wins.

Construction recruitment experience would be our preference, although we’re happy to speak with experienced recruiters from closely aligned technical markets.
