Senior Sales Advisor

As a Senior Sales Advisor based in Inverness you'll be responsible for:
Handling customer queries and provide solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special orders
Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spending
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and industry changes
Coordinating with suppliers to source materials, check availability, and negotiate costs.
Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.

A good all-round knowledge of the plumbing & heating industry with both commercial and domestic factors.
An appreciation of the demands of working within the merchant industry
Understanding the importance of teamwork and how it can improve service levels for customers
Be able to demonstrate an understanding and passion for excellence in customer service
IT, Numeracy and Analytical skills required
