Senior Sales Specialist

Scotland.Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and clinical education activities for the Perioperative Complications portfolio (BIS, INVOS, and NOL) across Scotland.Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advisory boards, and healthcare stakeholders.Provide in-theatre (OR) clinical support, product training, and best-practice education to customers.Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through capital and consumable sales.Partner with Sales Specialists and Marketing to increase product adoption and market penetration.Lead product evaluations, trials, and conversion projects.Maintain knowledge of Medtronic and competitor products and communicate market insights internally.Required QualificationsExperience in clinical sellingProven success in sales, market development, or clinical trainingKnowledge of perioperative complications and the medical device industryEstablished network within the healthcare sector in ScotlandStrong
