Senior Site Manager – Permanent Opportunity | Tayside

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, overseeing projects across the Tayside region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-end fit-out projects, ensuring exceptional quality, programme delivery, and client satisfaction from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing site operations on high-specification fit-out projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Maintaining programme, quality, health & safety, and budget targets
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Leading project delivery to the highest standards

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
• Strong background in high-end commercial fit-out projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to demanding specifications
