We’re recruiting for a skilled Sous Chef to join the team at a highly regarded kitchen in East Lothian.

• Lead by example, motivating and developing junior chefs.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up.

• Confident working in a professional, modern kitchen.

• Collaborative and supportive, with a positive team approach.

• Organised, consistent, and committed to pushing standards in excellence.
