Senior Surveyor - Property Manager

We’re working with a leading UK commercial property management specialist to recruit an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their growing Glasgow team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to manage a diverse mixed-use portfolio while working closely with major clients, tenants, and internal specialist teams.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day property management activities, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic advice across lease management, service charges, compliance, and value enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships across a mixed-use commercial portfolio
• Preparing detailed client reports and delivering high levels of customer service
• Managing rents, service charges, and property expenditure
• Overseeing lease events including assignments, subletting, renewals, and alterations
• Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring tenant compliance
• Working closely with Facilities Management teams to ensure statutory compliance
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and asset management initiatives
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting on-site staff

Candidate Requirements

• MRICS qualified preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Strong commercial property management background
• Experience managing mixed-use portfolios
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Experience using systems such as Yardi, Qube, Horizon, Tramps, or Re-Leased is advantageous
