Had Fab is growing and we’re looking for a Senior Technical Maintenance Engineer to keep our plant, machinery and facilities running safely and reliably.

This is a shop floor role for a technically strong engineer who enjoys fault finding, breakdown response and improving reliability across a busy manufacturing site.

The role

• Advanced electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Complex fault finding across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Breakdown response to minimise downtime
• Support and improve the PPM programme
• Root cause analysis and reliability improvements
• Maintain CNC machines, forklifts, cranes, LEV and workshop equipment
• Act as technical support for the maintenance and operations teams

What we’re looking for

• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Proven fault finding background in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience maintaining CNC machinery and plant equipment
• Ability to read drawings and schematics
• PLC fault finding an advantage
• Strong safety first mindset
