An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator/Advisor Apprentice to join our team at our site in Perth. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience within a busy and professional automotive environment while developing valuable customer service and administrative skills. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how to support the smooth day-to-day running of the service department and provide excellent customer care. As part of this role, you will also complete your apprenticeship training through Skillnet, gaining industry-recognised qualifications and ongoing support throughout your learning journey. Skillnet will help you build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to succeed in the automotive industry and progress your career. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good organisational abilities, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Customers booking their vehicles in for service. Answering phones and taking bookings or forward queries to colleagues. Responding to emails, both internal and external. Using a variety of software systems (data entry). Assisting with invoicing. Filling and scanning paperwork. Liaise with Technicians.
Experience of providing excellent customer service. Organised and good attention to detail. Motivated to learn new skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
