Full Job Description

We are seeking a Service Co-ordinator to join the Operational Service Centre division's Commercial Team, supporting the delivery, coordination, analysis and timely management of quotations arising from reactive and planned maintenance works. The role plays an important part in ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to customers while supporting operational teams and account teams across a range of activities.,

  • Coordinate and support the management of additional works arising from reactive and planned maintenance activities.
  • Manage quotations from initial collation through to approval, resolving queries with relevant teams and clients.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of quotation submissions and related documentation.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and ensure risks are identified and appropriately recorded.
  • Support value enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives across projects and activities.
  • Track, monitor and report on quotations issued and support activities through to completion.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, operational teams and key stakeholders.
  • Support operational and account teams by providing coordination and administrative assistance as required.

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with operational teams, clients and key stakeholders to support programmes of work, manage quotations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, adaptable and flexible approach to work.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • An understanding of financial and commercial principles would be beneficial.
