About InPost

Inpost is one of the UK's largest parcel delivery networks, delivering millions of parcels every week across the UK, including to over 10,000 parcel lockers. As the number of deliveries continues to grow, we are always looking to partner with more independent subcontractors and distribution businesses who can help get our parcels where they need to be, when they need to be there. We operate all over the country, so it doesn't matter where you're based. If you're a local delivery company or a start-up looking to take on more deliveries, we need you to help us expand our reach.

Join as a Service Partner

As a Service Partner with InPost, you'll be given a set district for you or your team to deliver in. You'll need to deliver every item safely and on time. You will be responsible for managing your business operations, including van maintenance, service performance, compliance, and driver pay for those with a team. We offer competitive pay:

  • Potential to earn up to £25 per hour (paid per parcel).

Want to take on other areas? No problem! The opportunities to earn are vast with plenty of parcels to deliver and money to be earned.

Your Tour and Responsibilities

We will assign you your own route. You can plan your route and will be allocated a specific tour where you will deliver each day. Your process includes:

  • Collect parcels from your local Service Centre

  • Scan and load parcels onto your van(s)

  • Deliver parcels on your scheduled route

Support and Business Growth

We support you and help you grow your own business. You will have the independence of being self-employed, complemented by full training and tools to expand your operations with additional drivers, more parcels, and increased earnings.

Requirements

We are looking to partner with high-performing delivery drivers who are results-oriented. To get started, you need:

  • Your own 3.5-tonne Van OR a team of drivers and fleet of vans

  • Goods in transit and public liability insurance

  • Limited Company registration

  • Full UK or EC/EEA valid driver's licence

  • Right to work documentation

  • Support for your drivers to ensure successful delivery, 6 days a week

Additional Benefits

All self-employed delivery drivers have access to:

  • Partner discounts

  • Health and wellbeing programmes

  • Development and growth opportunities due to the volume of parcels to deliver

Our Commitment

InPost recognises that its people are fundamental to its success. We are committed to equal opportunities, valuing differences, and building diverse teams. If you have any accessibility requirements for the recruitment process or the role, please contact our recruitment team.
