Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivational Service Manager to lead our Mental Health Services in Angus. This key role will oversee two dedicated teams; The Beacon Community Wellbeing Centre and Angus Mental Health Peer Support Service (see service descriptors for more details).The staff teams are made up of:Senior Support Workers – Qualified to SVQ Level 3 and aboveProject Workers – Qualified to SVQ Level 2Peer Workers – Individuals with lived experience of mental health challengesYou will be responsible for the day to day operations and staff management of the services, ensuring high-quality support for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
