Full Job Description

Based at our facility in Perth, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing a nationwide team of engineers and all Workshop and Field Operations throughout North Scotland. The successful applicant would also hold a place on the management group and be responsible for the continued growth of the company's aftersales business. The successful candidate is required to live within commuting distance.,

  • Responsible for all field and workshop activities in area of responsibility
  • Responsible for the delivery of Service Department budget and other Key Metrics
  • Pursues new possibilities to improve aftersales service, including customer visits
  • Monitors high-level product problems/concerns and seeks commitment from appropriate departments/units so that necessary actions can be taken
  • Develop and manage a team to achieve expected individual and department performance metrics and goals

    Experience and/or knowledge of the Forestry industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of leading a modern customer support organisation in a dynamic and demanding environment to provide market leading customer service
  • Experience of managing a team of high performing engineers
  • Ability to utilise modern business systems
  • Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
  • Full UK Driving Licence
