This is a key role that will work closely with Operations, Projects, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements while driving
operational excellence across the business.The successful candidate will play a vital role in auditing, supplier quality management, corrective action processes, lessons learned programmes, quality planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on quality performance across a global organisation. You'll work with cross-functional teams, contribute to business-critical improvement initiatives, and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.Key Activities and AccountabilitiesDrive compliance with the Global Audit Programme by coordinating and supporting audit activities across multiple regionsPlan and conduct internal audits to verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standardsSupport supplier and vendor audits in partnership with Supply Chain teams, ensuring findings and corrective actions are effectively managed through to closureContribute
to the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, API Q2, customer, and regulatory requirementsSupport the delivery and completion of Service Delivery Plans, working closely with operational and functional stakeholdersLead quality event investigations, facilitating root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, effectiveness reviews, and lessons learnedFacilitate the capture, communication, and sharing of lessons learned from projects, audits, incidents, and improvement initiatives to promote organisational learningAnalyse quality performance data, audit trends, non-conformance reports, and corrective action effectiveness to identify improvement opportunitiesProvide quality-related KPI data and support monthly performance reportingSupport tendering and contract review activities by assessing quality requirements, risks, compliance obligations, and resource needsReview Project Quality Plans (PQPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
to ensure compliance with contractual, customer, and regulatory requirementsReview Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) to verify compliance with company quality standards and applicable industry requirementsCollaborate with engineering, operations, service delivery, projects, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are embedded throughout project executionMaintain and manage the Quality Action Tracker, ensuring actions are monitored, reported, and closed in a timely mannerChampion a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence through coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder engagementJob Knowledge and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management, or Engineering roles within the oil and gas industry.Experience conducting internal and supplier audits within ISO 9001-certified environments.Strong knowledge of quality management
systems, corrective action processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience managing action tracking systems and driving improvement actions to completion.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in SharePoint, quality management systems, and business reporting tools.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, or a related discipline.Qualified Internal Auditor, with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification highly desirable.Experience working with API Q2 requirements.Previous exposure to subsea and/or surface equipment within the oil and gas sector.At Expro, we live by our values, People, Performance, Planet and Partnerships.
