Once a territory has been deemed large enough to merit the full-time attention of a Level II Service Supervisor, your well servicing and technical skills come into play within our Slickline operations. You are responsible for ensuring customer service and satisfaction. Review the job design and confirm that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose. Confirm that all necessary tools are ready, complete and correct for the job. With safety in mind, you perform all aspects of the job in compliance with Halliburton Management Systems procedures. Train service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise. Take an active part in the quality improvement process. Develop your knowledge and skills to be able to run the most complex, or complete range, of slickline services under the most challenging conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent, appropriate licensing and experience as a Slickline Operator Assistant, Slickline Operator and Level I Service Supervisor are required.
