Full Job Description

As our next Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Administrator, you'll be instrumental in the management of contract SHE matters responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of all water projects across our Caledonia Water contracts. Your remit will be to ensure the health and safety on our Caledonia Water contracts.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a dedicated individual who is passionate about safety. Working with a team of professionals, you'll be responsible for coordinating works stacks for SHE advisors and liaising with project managers for SHE requirements on new projects. You will take an active role in the management of contract SHE matters responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of all water projects across our Caledonia Water contracts.

The production of all SHE weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports is a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in managing subcontractor approvals, issuing Toolbox Talks (TBTs) and safety alerts, tracking accident and incident documentation, and implementing monthly SHE audits.

You're not the type to shy away from responsibility, and in this role, you will have the opportunity to own, develop, and manage the 'what good looks like' initiative across MWS. You will also work with the broader SHE team on collaborative campaigns and initiatives.

As an SHE Administrator, you are dedicated to safety and motivated by ensuring the health and wellbeing of our team members. Your remit includes the management of contract SHE matters to ensure the safe delivery of water projects on our Caledonia Water contracts.

  • IT literacy across MS applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi

  • An organised and persistent approach to managing tasks and projects

  • Strong administration skills with an ability to self-manage a varied workload

  • A keen eye for detail when reviewing reports, data and presentations for language and impact

  • Knowledge and experience of a SHEQ Coordinators role
