Job DescriptionPosition : Shift ManagerContractType : Permanent 45 hoursLocation : GloucesterShift : Evenings / Monday-FridaySalary: Starting at £34,000Join the UKs premier parcel delivery companyWhat youll do:You will lead the depot operations team, with a focus on conducting effective driver pre-briefs and de-briefs. Ensure all driver and operational documentation is accurately completed and maintained. Provide clear communication for drivers and customers via telephone and company IT systems to support operations.Key Role Responsibilities:Lead and support the team of Operations Controllers, overseeing resource planning and conducting driver pre-briefs and de-briefs.Manage transport, courier, and fleet operations efficiently to ensure service standards are met.Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed in full compliance with site risk assessments.Oversee daily operations and promote operational best practices.Plan and allocate operational resources effectively in line
