team - Producing detailed incident reports, shift logs and operational performance data - Maximising plant availability, efficiency and reliability - Completing effective shift handovers and providing cover for other Shift Team Leaders when required What are we looking for? - Extensive operational experience within the power generation sector, such as Energy from Waste, CCGT, Oil, Coal, Biomass, or as a time-served Royal Navy Engineer - Experience working in demanding and fast-paced operational environments - Knowledge of health and safety legislation, safe systems of work and operational compliance requirements - Proven leadership skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities - A flexible and adaptable approach to work - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Good IT and computer skills - Completion of
