Full Job Description

Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms are an award winning, third generation, family run business who are looking for an organised and commercially driven individual to manage our flagship showroom, and lead our team of sales advisors to drive growth and achieve key performance targets.,

  • Manage and oversee showroom operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of the showroom in line with brand standards.

  • Lead, develop, and coach your team of sales advisors to maximise all sales opportunities and achieve sales and KPI targets.

  • Conduct regular observations and share feedback with your team to ensure a 5-star customer experience remains paramount in your showroom.

  • Analyse reports and sales data to identify patterns and inform decision making.

  • Work with management team to identify sales and training opportunities and agree actions to capitalise on all opportunities.

  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure your showroom has the resources required to maximise performance.

  • Develop and implement exceptional retail operational standards and share best practice with the wider team.

  • Manage the attendance, timekeeping, and performance of your team, in accordance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for your showroom, ensuring all new employees have a positive experience, and are clear about their role.

    The successful applicant will be a confident and experienced sales manager in a similar environment, with demonstrable experience of achieving targets.
    You should be a commercially savvy manager who is analytical, data-driven, professional, and people focused with strong communication skills.,
  • Minimum 3 years' experience of managing a fast-paced, high turnover sales environment.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Confident with Office 365 packages.

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data/reports to inform decisions.


  • Desirable
  • Full driving license and access to own car.

  • Health & safety management.

  • Knowledge of bathroom/plumbing products., Sales management: 3 years (required)
