SIA Night Porter

DIMA Group is recruiting an SIA Night Porter for a hotel client in central Edinburgh. This role combines security, customer service, and night support duties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the safety and security of the hotel.
Monitor access and conduct regular patrols.
Assist guests and provide excellent customer service.
Support hotel night operations.
Complete incident reports and required documentation.
Respond to emergencies in line with site procedures.
Ensure public areas remain clean and presentable.

Valid SIA Licence (essential).
Ability to work independently and remain vigilant.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional, reliable, and punctual.
Must successfully complete BS7858 security screening and vetting.
Previous security or hospitality experience is desirable.
