This is an exciting opportunity to join a major infrastructure framework, supporting the delivery of significant high-voltage transmission and substation projects across Scotland.

With multiple major projects underway, this is an opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of complex infrastructure works while developing your career within a well-established and supportive project environment.

The Opportunity

As a Site Agent, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of works on site, providing leadership across the project team and ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

The roles are predominantly site-based, making them ideal for experienced site professionals who enjoy being at the heart of project delivery and taking ownership of day-to-day operations.

You'll be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing resources and working closely with project teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure works progress effectively.

We are particularly interested in Site Agents with experience in earthworks, although strong candidates with relevant civil engineering and infrastructure experience will also be considered.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced Site Agents with a strong background in civil engineering and major infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar site management position
Strong civil engineering and infrastructure experience
Experience managing site operations and project teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to coordinate resources and manage day-to-day site activities
A strong understanding of health, safety and quality requirements
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with earthworks would be advantageous
The flexibility to work predominantly on site and travel as required
Working Away From Home

Given the location of the projects, these are predominantly site-based opportunities and may involve working away from home.

Support is available through accommodation and/or subsistence, alongside other policies designed to support employees working away from home, subject to eligibility based on your permanent home address.
